At Asyllum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Asyllum account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
